Add subcategories or categories inside categories.

I am adding tools to rent. I want to have a catagory named tools and inside that plumbing tools, power tools, lanscaping tools and so on. Or for travel gear add for examble bikes and in their roadbikes, mountain bikes and so forth. This would be helpful for me.
