  • Simplify Content: Remove unnecessary information to create a cleaner, more efficient document.

Inventory

Track Article Activity & Events Easily in Inventory 📊

We're excited to announce two new enhancements in your TWICE inventory! You can now easily track all activity and events for individual articles, making it even simpler to stay on top of your inventory management.

Here's what's new in your Inventory:

  1. Activity Section: In the General tab of each article, you'll now find a detailed timeline of all active and past orders involving that item. This gives you a complete view of where and how each article has been used.
  2. Events Tab: For more granular tracking, the new Events tab displays specific events for each article, such as
  • Assigned to order
  • Handed out
  • Freed from order
  • Returned

These additions will make it easier to monitor your inventory in real-time!

Head over to your inventory and select any article to explore the feature directly in your account.

Revamped Orders View with Improved Filters 🔍

We’re excited to unveil a refreshed Orders view, designed to make managing your orders easier and more efficient.

Here's what's new:

  1. Clean Search Bar and Filter Layout: The search bar works just like before, letting you search by customer name or article ID. Now, all filters are conveniently located right underneath it.
  2. Status Filter: Filter orders by their current status.
  3. Date Range Selection: Choose from predefined timeframes or select a custom range using the calendar to see orders based on their start or return dates.
  4. Product Filter: Easily find orders containing specific products.
  5. Delivery Filter: Quickly toggle between delivery and non-delivery orders.
  6. Expired Orders in Focus: The Expired checkbox is now more prominent. Check this to view expired orders at the top of your list, helping you stay on top of orders that didn’t start as planned. Plus, the total number of Upcoming Orders now reflects both upcoming and expired orders. Be sure to review expired orders for accurate availability tracking.

We hope managing your orders is now easier with our cleaner layout and enhanced filtering options. Give it a try!

  • Fewer Clicks: Your Settings are now quicker to find and navigate, saving you time and effort.
  • Clearer Organization: Settings are grouped more logically, so it’s easier to understand what each option is for.
  • No Disruptions: Make changes without interrupting your workflow.

You can now format your product descriptions with headlines, bold text, bullet points, and more to make them stand out! Here’s what’s new:

  • Organize content with headings and paragraphs.
  • Highlight key info using bold, italic, or underline.
  • Use bullet points, numbered lists, or even checkboxes to keep things tidy.
  • Add links to direct customers to more info.
  • Switch between Formatted View and Code View if you prefer working with HTML.

Best of all, your formatting will automatically be applied across all sales channels—including your online store, booking links, and in-store check-in kiosks!

We’ve rolled out two exciting updates to streamline your workflow:

Save Changes with Hotkeys

No more clicking the save button! Now, whenever a save banner appears, simply press Ctrl + S (Windows) or Cmd + S (Mac) to save your work instantly.

Command Menu for Quick Search

You can now effortlessly search for orders, products, categories, and more across your TWICE Admin. Access the Command Menu by:

  • Clicking the search icon in the status bar
  • Using the shortcut: Ctrl + K (Windows) or Cmd + K (Mac)

Order numbers now visible for easier tracking

We have made the #ordernumber visible on the order overview and individual order pages. It's a small improvement makes finding and recognizing orders based on the order number easier (instead of the customer name).

  • On the order overview page, the number is visible on each order card’s top-left corner above the customer name.
  • On an individual order page, the order number appears as the first row in the right sidebar.
