Minor improvements and fixes

The expanded/collapsed state of the Admin sidebar is now remembered across page reloads
We’ve fixed a bug with category/product buffer times not always being saved correctly, and producing unexpected results in some cases
Fixed bug where some custom checkout fields would not show up on the Translations page
