Minor improvements and fixes

- The expanded/collapsed state of the Admin sidebar is now remembered across page reloads - We’ve fixed a bug with category/product buffer times not always being saved correctly, and producing unexpected results in some cases - Fixed bug where some custom checkout fields would not show up on the Translations page
