Miscellaneous minor fixes to admin

We've done some minor fixes to the Rentle Admin. - Fix how we check if the added credit card is a primary card when merchant's add new payment methods in Admin. - Fix the background color of the Public / Hidden select in product settings - Fix in the order summary how we display the billing cycle.
