Simplified Navigation & Settings Structure ⚙️
We're excited to introduce a revamped settings and navigation structure, making it quicker to navigate your TWICE Admin and easier to find the right settings . Here’s what’s new:
- Fewer Clicks: Your Settings are now quicker to find and navigate, saving you time and effort.
- Clearer Organization: Settings are grouped more logically, so it’s easier to understand what each option is for.
- No Disruptions: Make changes without interrupting your workflow.
And this is just the beginning! More improvements are on the way. Stay tuned—and we’d love to hear your feedback on the new navigation!
Easily Format Your Product Descriptions! ✨
You can now format your product descriptions with headlines, bold text, bullet points, and more to make them stand out! Here’s what’s new:
- Organize content with headings and paragraphs.
- Highlight key info using bold, italic, or underline.
- Use bullet points, numbered lists, or even checkboxes to keep things tidy.
- Add links to direct customers to more info.
- Switch between Formatted View and Code View if you prefer working with HTML.

Introducing Hotkeys & New Command Menu! 🔍
We’ve rolled out two exciting updates to streamline your workflow:
Save Changes with Hotkeys
No more clicking the save button! Now, whenever a save banner appears, simply press Ctrl + S (Windows) or Cmd + S (Mac) to save your work instantly.
Command Menu for Quick Search
You can now effortlessly search for orders, products, categories, and more across your TWICE Admin. Access the Command Menu by:
- Clicking the search icon in the status bar
- Using the shortcut: Ctrl + K (Windows) or Cmd + K (Mac)
Order numbers now visible for easier tracking
We have made the #ordernumber visible on the order overview and individual order pages. It's a small improvement makes finding and recognizing orders based on the order number easier (instead of the customer name).
- On the order overview page, the number is visible on each order card’s top-left corner above the customer name.
- On an individual order page, the order number appears as the first row in the right sidebar.
Fixed Save Prompts and Pay on Pickup Flow
We've squashed some bugs to make your experience even smoother! Here's what's new:
- Pay on Pickup now works seamlessly in rental links.
- The global save banner is back in action across all pages.
- Fixed a bug to ensure you're always prompted to save changes to opening hours.
